Description

This is an 1855 stucco villa of three bays and two storeys, built as part of a group of three similar properties. It replicates the design of number 12, with the exception of a rectangular bay window projecting from the right-hand side of the ground floor. To the left of the front elevation is a screen wall with a coping detail, incorporating a segmental arched doorway providing access to the coach house beyond, along with a pedestrian access door.
