Description
No. 14 Clarendon Road is a two-storey villa built around 1855, featuring three bays and a stucco finish. It has a canted bay window on the ground floor, which distinguishes it from the similar design of No. 12. The door architrave is adorned with anthemion decoration, echoing the motifs found in the panelled spandrels. This villa is part of a group of three similar villas.
