Description
No. 13 Portland Road is a building dating from around 1860. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof. The structure is two storeys high and has three bays, with alternately vermiculated and plain quoins on the left and right sides. The ground floor includes a central closed porch with an arched entrance, flanked by a window and tripartite eaved windows with cornices. On the first floor, there are three tripartite eaved windows, all of which retain their original glazing bars. The roof has two modern five-light windows.
