HARBURY MIDDLE ROAD SP36SE (North side) 2/93 Former dairy and cheeseroom approx. 1.25m N of Lower Westfields Farmhouse

GV II

Former dairy and cheeseroom. Mid/late C18. Flemish bond red brick with brick dentil cornice. Old tile roof has stone coped gable parapets with kneelers. One-unit plan, with lean-to across left return side. 2 storeys; one-window range. To yard: plank door. Plank door inserted in blocked window to left. 2-light fixed windows above. All openings have brick segmental arches. Lean-to has half-gables with gable parapets and kneelers. Rear similar, but without doors. Cross window with horizontal glazing bar. C20 window inserted. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
