Description
Ducketts Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century, built of regularly coursed stone with a concrete tile roof and brick end stacks. The cottage has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic, featuring a three-window range. The entrance includes a half-glazed door next to a window, while the old casements and windows with two fixed lights are located on the right. All openings are topped with painted wood lintels. There is a mid-20th century flat-roofed dormer with two casements. The interior has not been inspected.
