Description

This is a 17th-century sheltershed located approximately 30 meters northeast of Barton House. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone and features a coped gable on the left side. The stone-slate roof is supported at the front by a single tapering rounded pillar with a capital. The structure has two bays and a large opening at the rear. Inside, there is a queen post roof with an additional tie beam and collar truss. This sheltershed is included for its group value.
