Description

The right gatepier and forecourt wall, located approximately 15 meters west of The Manor House in Burton Dassett, date from the 17th or 18th century, with the gatepier likely from the mid-18th century. The gatepier is made of ironstone ashlar and features a tall square design with a moulded cornice and a ball finial. The wall is constructed from regularly coursed ironstone and has a coped top. This structure is included for its group value.
