Town house. Early to mid C19. Brick with buff headers and ashlar dressings; double-span slate roof with brick end stacks. Gable facing, front to right. 2 storeys; 3-window range with small 2-storey addition to right, with single-storey conservatory. Top modillioned brick cornice. Round-headed entrance has doorcase with bracketed open pediment, fanlight with radial glazing bars over panelled door. Flanking 2-storey bay windows with sills and top cornices, 4:16:4-pane horned sashes, central 1st-floor window with wedge lintel over casement; addition has 12-pane sash to 1st floor. Conservatory has tripartite front with half columns and top frieze and cornice, hipped roof and small-paned glazing. Left return has 2-storey service wing; rear parapet with cross-axial stack; return to street has segmental-headed entrance with C20 door to left of altered wide opening with C20 casement window, 1st floor has window with brick sill, and timber lintel to 4/8-pane sash.
