Description

The right gatepier and garden wall, located approximately 30 meters southwest of Gorcott Hall, date from the mid-18th century. They are constructed of English Garden Wall bond brick and feature a stone cornice, finial, and coping. The gatepier is square with a moulded cornice and a ball finial, while the wall has round coping. This structure is part of an interesting group that includes the left gatepier and garden wall, Gorcott Hall, and other gatepiers and garden walls southeast of Gorcott Hall, as well as the stable, granary, and attached barn.
