Farmhouse. Believed to be early C18 with possible earlier origins and refronting and extension to left c1837. Brick with colourwashed render to front facades, gabled Welsh slate roof at front, plain-tiles at rear. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 4-window range, with 2 single-bay ranges to rear and further single-storey extension with huge side stack, probably constituting the original house with infill under catslide roof. Central entrance: part-glazed door under projecting open porch with slate roof and bargeboards. To left of entrance a 3-light wooden mullion-and-transom casement window, 2 similar windows to right. First floor has 4 3-light windows with glazing bars. Second floor has 4 thermal windows with metal casements with glazing bars. Casement windows to gables. 2 end and one off-centre left ridge stacks with cogged cornices. INTERIOR: beamed ceilings to right part at front. Rear range has huge inglenook fireplace with bressumer beam and bread oven. All the listed buildings at Leasowes Farm form a group.
