Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of flint rubble with brick dressings and features a hipped Welsh slate roof, along with brick lateral and ridge stacks. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with a three-window range.
The front entrance has a gauged brick flat arch above an 18th-century eight-panelled door, which has four glazed panels. There is a mid-19th century gabled porch. Similar gauged brick arches are present over eight-pane sashes and a six-pane sash above the door. The façade includes a raised brick storey band and a modillioned wood cornice.
On the left side, there is a four-bay wall with six-pane sashes, some blocked windows, and a 20th-century door. The rear wall has five bays and includes a late 18th-century one-bay extension. Inside, the farmhouse features panelled shutters and doors, a quarter-turn staircase with a landing, and a stone fireplace with fielded panels located in the rear right.
