Description
Cobbler's Cottage is a house dating from around 1800, with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of painted brick in Flemish bond and features a renewed gabled tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has two first-floor windows. The first floor includes 6/6 sash windows set in plain reveals with sills. On the ground floor, there is a central 8-panel door framed by a moulded wood doorcase, flanked by canted bay windows with leaded lights that are connected by a continuous cornice. The eaves have a cogged band, and there is a right end stack with a cornice. The interior has not been inspected. Cobbler's Cottage is part of a group of listed buildings on The Green.
