Description

The Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is built of squared coursed limestone and features a coped gable on the left side. The roof is tiled and from the 20th century, with a stone and brick stack at one end. The house has a two-unit plan and is two stories high, with a three-window range that includes 19th-century three-light casements topped with stone flat arches. There is a 20th-century stone gabled porch with a 20th-century door located in the center. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest. The Cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
