2/3 Cold Comfort Farm, barn approx 60 metres south-west of farmhouse

GV II

Barn. C17/early C18. Timber framed, with square framing and brick infill. Tile roof. 5 bays. Through entrance with flagged floor. Corrugated iron doors. 3 small windows. Ends with exposed framing and jowled corner posts. Left end has large doors inserted in lower part. Queen post roof with trenched purlins and diagonal braces to tie beams. Floor inserted in left part.
