Description
Beauchamp Court is a mid-19th century house that has been converted into flats. It is constructed of red brick and features a brick dentil cornice. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, and there are brick stacks. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys high, with a three-window range. The windows are sashes, and the ground floor includes round-arched windows with decorative glazing, with a central window that may have replaced a door. The first and second floor windows are set under segmental brick arches. The entrance is located on the left side and has deeply recessed mid-20th century glazed double leaf doors. There are also 20th-century casements on the sides and rear of the building. This site is historically significant as it was once the location of an ancient manor house of Alcester.
