Description
The Roebuck Inn is a public house built around 1829, with a mid to late 19th-century addition on the right and 20th-century alterations. It features colourwashed brick with a brick dentil cornice and a tiled roof, topped by a 20th-century brick ridge stack. The building is two stories tall with an attic and has a six-window range. The entrance has late 20th-century double-leaf glazed doors and a porch. Windows include 19th and 20th-century casements with glazing bars and brick segmental arches, as well as sash windows. On the left side, there is a two-light casement and canted bays with casements above, while the right side has two casements with three sashes above. The left return side includes an attic window and a 19th-century loggia that has been glazed. There is also a single-storey range on the right.
