Description

This is a house dating from approximately 1820 to 1830, with later 19th-century additions to the rear. The house is constructed of colourwashed brick, featuring a brick dentil cornice. It has a slate roof with brick end stacks. The building follows a double-depth plan with a through passage. The house is two storeys high and has a three-window front. The main entrance features a four-panelled door with a margin-barred overlight, set within a wooden Greek Doric porch with columns and responds. The windows are sash windows: those on the ground floor have 20 panes and brick flat arches, while the first-floor windows have 16 panes. The rear of the building is partly colourwashed and partly plain brick with irregular window placement. The interior has not been inspected.
