Description

A pair of cottages, originally three, dating to the 17th century. The cottages are timber framed with whitewashed brick infill. They have a tile roof and two small 19th-century brick stacks at the rear. The cottages are arranged with a two-unit plan, and consist of one storey and an attic with four dormers. There are two late 20th-century doors, each with a hood, and late 20th-century casement windows. The left and right gable ends have jowled posts; much of the timber framing has been replaced with brick. Exposed timber framing is visible at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
