Description

Court Cottage is a two-house property, now combined into a single dwelling, dating to the 17th century with later alterations. The structure is timber-framed with plastered infill, built on a rubble plinth, and features a tile roof with a rebuilt brick end stack. The original layout comprised two units.

The exterior is single-storey with an attic and has a two-window front. A central entrance has a plank door, and the windows are 20th-century casements with small panes. Matching gabled dormers are visible. The framing demonstrates three panels per section. A single-storey, 20th-century addition is attached to the right return. The rear elevation features smaller windows and two gabled dormers.

The interior was not inspected.
