Description

Church Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone and features a coped gable on the right side. The roof is thatched and has brick stacks at the ends. The building has a two-unit plan and is one storey plus an attic. The front has a two-window range consisting of 2- and 3-light casements with wooden lintels. There is a door located in a 20th-century two-storey stone extension to the right. The interior has not been inspected, but it is likely to be of interest.
