Formerly known as: Park House Cottages CHURCH ROAD. Outbuilding belonging to Snitterfield Hall (demolished), converted to 4, now 5, dwellings. Late C17/ early C18 with C19 alterations. Brick with limestone ashlar dressings; old tile roof with Dutch gable to left return and brick ridge stacks and stacks to rear. Long rectangular plan, the ends and centre breaking forward. EXTERIOR: single storey plus attic; 11-window range. Moulded ashlar plinth, plat band and top cornice. Central entrance up steps has rubbed brick flat arch with ashlar key block over glazed door with overlight and side lights. Ground floor has 11 windows with brick flat arches with ashlar key blocks over cross-casements, some small-paned; 5 dormers, 2 to right end pedimented. Small additions to returns. INTERIOR: not inspected, but recorded as having hall with moulded ceiling and other rooms with deep plaster cornices. Originally a single large outbuilding at Snitterfield Hall but probably not a garden pavilion.
