Lettering to top reads: ALDERMINSTER/ PARISH; to left side reads: STRATFORD/ 3 1/4 MILES/ HENLEY 11 1/4/ BIRMINGHAM/ 26 1/2; to right side reads: SHIPSTON/ 7 MILES/ CHIPPING NORTON/ 17 1/2/ OXFORD 35. A relief pointing hand to the top of each side.
