Cottage. Early C18 with mid C20 alterations. Whitewashed regular coursed stone; right section plastered, possibly over timber framing or cob. Thatch roof; brick ridge stack, and stone external stack with brick shafts. 3-unit plan. One storey and attic; 2-window range. Mid C20 glazed door and open porch with twist balusters and thatch hood. Irregular fenestration of old and C20 leaded-light casements. Gabled dormer and swept dormer. Right return side has broad external stack. Interior: Chamfered ceiling beams. Open fireplace. Winder stairs beside fireplace. Straight flight staircase.
