Cottage. Probably C18 but may be older. Painted stone rubble and cob with grouted scantle slate roof and brick chimney over large external stack to right south gable end. 2 room plan. 2 storeys. 2 window west front with very deep reveals, original doorway, now partly blocked and with C20 wooden casement is off centre to left. Flanking and first floor 16-pane, 2-light wooden casements circa 1800. External C20 wooden false shutters. Interior has one original ceiling beam and old roof structure probably C19.
