Farmhouse. Mid C17. Squared, coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and coped gable. C20 tile roof with brick lateral stack and brick end stack on stone base. 2 storeys; 2-window range. 3-unit plan. To centre a pair of C19 plank doors with plain overlights and concrete lintels. To left a brick canted bay. To first floor centre left a 4-light double-chamfered mullioned window with hood mould and label stops. Two C20 sky-lights. To left of building a door with wood lintel in lean-to brick range. To rear a double-chamfered stone single-light, and a stone and brick 2-storey gabled range. Right gable end has a 4-light, double-chamfered mullioned window with king mullion to ground and first floors. 3-light double-chamfered mullioned window to gable. All windows have hood moulds with label stops. Interior: chamfered spine beams. Small-frame timber and plaster partition. Further chamfered spine beams to first floor. Timber and plaster partition continues up into attic. Some pegs visible on further timber and plaster partition in attic. This partition retains its original wood doorway with sill.
