Description
This barn, located approximately 3 meters northeast of Brook Farmhouse, dates from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of yellow brick in Flemish bond and features a 20th-century tiled roof. The barn consists of four bays, with the front facing the road having double doors in the second and fourth bays. The first bay includes a ventilator, while the third bay has a mid-20th-century metal two-light casement window with a painted wood lintel. The left side of the barn has a gable made of red brick, and a two-light fixed window has been inserted into the pitch of the doorway. On the farmyard side, the first bay is missing its doors, and the third bay has a reduced doorway fitted with 20th-century garage doors. The interior has not been inspected. This barn is included for its group value with the nearby Brook Farmhouse.
