Description

FRANKTON SP46NW 5/62 Grounds Farm, barn and stable approx. 15m. N of farmhouse GV II Barn and stable. C17/C18. Stable added and front and internal walls largely rebuilt C19. Timber framed: square framing with braces and brick infill. Stable and rebuilding largely of brick. Old tile roof, with some C20 tiles. 3-bay barn, one-bay stable. To farmyard: barn has central plank doors. Brick lean-to to left. Stable to right has 2 stable doors and small window with brick segmental arches. Left return side and rear have exposed framing. Stable has outshut. Queen strut and trenched purlin roof. Included for group value.
