2 cottages. C17 with C19 alterations. Timber-framing and brick; front is roughcast. Old plain-tile roof; brick ridge and external stacks. One storey and attic. Griff Cottage is a 2-unit plan. 2-window range. Plank door has C19 wooden pitched hood on simple shaped shaped brackets. Shuttered window to left. 3-light casement to right has glazing bars and shutters. Dormers have 2-light casements with horizontal glazing bar. Right return side has large external stack. Disused cottage is a one-unit plan. Shuttered window. Dormer has part-leaded 2-light casement. Left return side has plank door and C19 brick open-fronted lean-to porch. Small C19 single-storey range. Interiors not inspected.
