Description

These railings, located approximately 7 meters southwest of Number 12 (Witherley Lodge) on Watling Street in Mancetter, date from the early 19th century. They are made of cast iron and feature scrolled serpentine designs topped with spear finials. The gatepost on the left is adorned with a pineapple finial. These railings are included for their group value with the adjacent building.
