House, now club. c1820 with C20 additions. Stucco with hipped graduated slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 4-window range. 1st floor sill band to right half; wide boxed eaves. Central round-headed entrance has hipped porch on paired fluted columns without capitals, modillioned cornice; fanlight with decorative glazing bars and Greek key band over 6-panel door (4 fielded over 2 flush). Windows are sashes, mostly 12-pane sashes, some with horns, and one 2/1-pane sash to ground floor left. Right return garden front: 4-window range, ends break forward. 1st floor sill band. Ground floor has central bowed tripartite French window on 3 steps with bowed verandah with reeded columns, swept roof and 2 spiked ball finials, end French windows in round-headed recesses; 1st floor has 12-pane sashes. 2 brick cross-axial stacks. Rear similar, with 3 French windows, two with 15-pane sashes, to left of garden wall. Left return has later alterations, including large 1st floor window of 8 round-headed lights with leaded glazing; large late C20 single-storey addition.
