Description

Stony Rock is an early 19th-century house located in Waterhouses. It is constructed of red brick with ashlar quoins, featuring a plain tile roof with coped verges and brick end stacks. The house has a roughly L-shaped layout, with the main east-west range facing south, and a north-south rear wing. The two-storey main range has a dentilled eaves band and two bays containing casement windows with segmental heads. A six-panelled door, also with a segmental head, is located to the left of centre.
