Description
Sunnyside is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with ashlar quoins and features a plain tile roof with coped verges on kneelers and brick integral end stacks. The building has a T-shaped plan, with the main range aligned north-south and facing west, while the rear range is aligned east-west. It stands three storeys tall and includes a cyma recta moulded eaves band. The façade has three windows, with the second floor windows being of reduced height and the centre window of reduced width. The windows are casements with wedge-lintels and raised keys. The entrance features a central part-glazed door with a bracketed hood. Inside, there is a dog-leg staircase with stick balusters and a massive bresummer above the fireplace in the north room.
