Description
This barn, located approximately 20 meters west of Heath House, dates back to 1720 but underwent significant alterations in the mid-19th century. It is constructed from coursed and squared rubble and features a tiled roof with verge parapets supported by projecting kneelers. The barn has a long front, measuring about 20 meters, with two levels. On the left of the center, there is a large segmental-arched cart entry that has a raised keystone and a moulded extrados. To the left of this arch, there is a hay loft door, and a small opening is situated to the right on the upper level. The ground floor includes three top-hung casements: two are located to the left of the arch and one to the right. The north gable wall displays a crude, inscribed date of 1720, positioned low down to the right of the door, which is likely a reused feature.
