Description
This barn, located approximately 50 yards southeast of Dean's Hall Farmhouse, has medieval origins with 19th-century rebuilding. It features red brick that covers an earlier timber-framed structure built using cruck construction, topped with a corrugated iron roof. The barn is a five-bay range with full-height double-leaved doors positioned roughly in the center, and the walls are perforated with ventilation holes. Inside, there are three cruck trusses, which include curved braces and an apex of V.A.G, type D.
