Description
The Garth is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of stucco and features an eaves band, with a clay tile roof that has raised verges supported by kneelers. The building is two storeys high and has a five-window front. The windows are glazing bar sashes, with the central and outer ones being blind on the first floor. The entrance consists of a central six-panelled door that is topped by a rectangular fanlight, flanked by fluted pilasters.
