Description
This is an early 19th-century farmhouse situated on Portway Lane in Wigginton. It is constructed of rendered material with a plain tile roof and brick end stacks. The building has a roughly L-shaped layout, with the main east-west range facing south and a north-west rear wing aligned north-south. The main range is three storeys high, with the second floor slightly reduced in height, featuring three windows with glazing bar sashes. A single-storey flat-roofed porch is centrally positioned. The rear wing is also three storeys high, again with a reduced second floor, and contains two bays with casement windows having segmental heads.
