Description

The Eaves is an early 19th-century farmhouse. It is constructed of rendered brickwork with a tiled roof, featuring a painted cornice, end stacks, and a ridge stack positioned to the right of centre. The building comprises two parallel ranges. The front facade is symmetrical, with five windows over two storeys. It has segmental-headed sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance is distinguished by a pilastered surround, a frieze, and a hood, with a four-panel door.
