The building has a ridge stack and an end stack on the right. The front facade is three storeys high and features a two-window composition, offset to the left. It has glazing bar sashes with painted wedged heads. The upper-floor windows are closely grouped, while the ground-floor window on the left is set apart from the composition. The entrance, located on the right side, has a moulded surround and a painted wedged head, leading to a six-panel door. The property is listed as a complete and well-preserved example of its type.
