Description

Tilty Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on Mill End Lane in Alrewas. It features a timber frame with some brick repairs, and the external walls are plastered. The roof is covered with plain tiles, and there is a central brick stack. The cottage has a two-cell lobby entry plan that is aligned north-south and faces east. It is one storey with an attic and has two 20th-century casement windows with pseudo shutters, along with an eyebrow dormer on the left side and a central door. The right-hand gable has a queen strut roof truss. Tilty Cottage is included for its group value.
