Description
This is an 18th-century coach house and stables located immediately west of Gorton Lodge. The building is L-shaped, comprising a main range aligned north-west to south-east, facing north-east, with a projecting cross wing to the north-west. It is constructed of painted brick with a plain tile roof. The building is single-story with a gable-lit loft. A central segmental arched opening provides carriage access, fitted with double doors. The windows are sash windows with segmental heads and contain glazing bars.
