Description

Sunnyside Farm is a farmhouse dating to 1810, with minor additions made in the 20th century. The building is constructed of red brick with a tiled roof featuring a dentil eaves course. A chimney stack is located at the rear of the property. The two-storey, two-window front has segmental-headed three-light casement windows. The centre window on the first floor is a blind opening with a diamond panel, and a similar panel on the rear of the building is inscribed "JT/1810". A 20th-century gabled porch is situated at the central entrance and has a partly glazed door. The farm is listed as a dated example of its type.
