Description
Welbatch Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1800, with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile hipped roof with two ridge stacks. The building has three storeys and a dentilled eaves cornice. The front has three windows, which are glazing bar sashes with gauged heads; the outer bays on the first floor and the lower right window have 16 panes, while the lower left has been altered to include a French window. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a panelled surround and a semi-circular fanlight, all beneath a stone Tuscan porch.
