Description
This stable and cartshed, built in the mid-19th century, is located approximately 30 yards southeast of Paddock Farmhouse. Constructed from coursed and squared rubble, it features a clay tile roof with coped verges. The building is single-storey with a loft and consists of about three bays. There are stable-type doors on the left and right of the center, a blocked segmental pointed carriage arch to the right with a board door and an inserted casement, and a casement window in the center. A horse trough is positioned to the left of the center, and there is a low extension to the right that includes a board door and a casement. This structure is part of a farmyard group associated with Paddock Farmhouse.
