School. C18, with mid-C19 remodelling and additions. Coursed, squared and dressed large stone blocks; clay tile roof; coursed and squared stone integral end stack. North elevation: 1 storey with coved eaves course; about 6 roof bays and vertical joints to left and right suggesting 3 phases; 4 panelled door to right of centre and blocked doorway to left of centre; blocked window opening to centre and gabled dormer above with top opening window in chamfered surround. South elevation: 1 storey; 4 bays; large 6-light top opening windows in chamfered surrounds and casement to right hand; lower gabled projection to left with 4-light top opening window and painted barge boards; door to right, central weatherboarded flat roof porch and concrete block flat roof porch to right of centre; lateral stack to left of centre.
