Farmhouse. c1840. Chisel dressed ashlar; plain tile roof; chisel dressed ashlar integral end stacks. Main range aligned East West facing south, 2 parallel rear ranges aligned North-South. Vernacular revival. 2 storeys and attic; 3 bays, 3-light chamfer mullioned windows with patterned glazing bars, except first floor centre and gabled attic dormer which have 2 lights; central door and rectangular overlight with patterned glazing bars. East elevation: Gable of main house to left and lower 2-storey rear wing to right; main house has 4-pane casement to right and 2-light mullioned window to left; wing has door to left and 3-light mullioned window to right with decorative glazing bars.
