Description
Paddock Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1840. It features chisel dressed ashlar stone and a plain tile roof, with integral end stacks also made of chisel dressed ashlar. The main range is aligned east-west and faces south, with two parallel rear ranges aligned north-south. This building is designed in a vernacular revival style and has two storeys plus an attic.
The farmhouse has three bays and is distinguished by three-light chamfer mullioned windows that have patterned glazing bars, except for the first-floor center window and the gabled attic dormer, which both have two lights. The east elevation shows the gable of the main house on the left and a lower two-storey rear wing on the right. The main house features a four-pane casement window to the right and a two-light mullioned window to the left. The rear wing has a door on the left and a three-light mullioned window on the right, also with decorative glazing bars.
