Description
This building is a stable and cartshed dating from the 19th century, located to the west of Woodhead Farmhouse. It is constructed of coursed rubble with timber lintels and features a Welsh slate roof. The stable is two storeys high and has two bays, with a central boarded door flanked by part-slatted windows. There is a boarded pitching door on the first floor to the right, with a boarded window to the left. The left side shows a part-slatted window and pigeon holes with alighting bands in the gable. To the right, the three-bay cartshed has circular rubble piers topped with square block capitals.
