Description

This boundary stone, likely from the late 18th century, is located on the west side of Mill Burn. It is made of cut sandstone and features a segmental-headed pillar that stands 0.50 metres high. The stone has well-cut lettering indicating "N" for Newlands and Whittonstall on the east side, and "H" for Hedley on the west side.
