Description
The boundary stone located on the south side of Mill Barn is likely from the late 18th century. It is made of cut and tooled sandstone and features a segmental-headed pillar that stands 0.60 metres high. The north side of the stone is inscribed with "N" for Newlands and Whittonstall, while the south side displays "H" for Hedley. The lettering is well-cut and clearly defined.
