Description
This is a milepost dating from the mid to late 19th century, made of cast iron. It has a triangular section with a chamfered top. The top face is inscribed with "FIELD PARISH". The left side displays the distances to Bramshall (2 ¼ miles) and Uttoxeter (5 miles), while the right side shows the distances to Milwich (3 ¼ miles) and Stone (3 ¼ miles).
