Milepost. Early C19. Cast iron. Triangular plan; inclined head set approximately 600mm above ground. Inscribed on head "MARCHINGTON" and on left (east) face "MARCHINGTON/4½/SUDBURY 4 3/4 /UTTOXETER 8" and on the right face "BURTON 6".
